Sunday SchoolChildren's Sunday School
Our new year of Sunday School begins Sunday August 29th 2010. If you have not yet registered your child, registration cards will be available in the classrooms or the church office. We are very excited about our new Sunday School curriculum “Witness”. The children will be learning a different Bible story each week that exemplifies a faith trait, such as honesty, generosity, patience etc . . . Grades 2nd -6th read the story in their youth oriented Spark Bibles and than participate in different fun activities. Pre K -1st grade will hear the same story as told by their teachers. We chose this program because it uses a hands on approach to the Bible while making it fun to learn and grow in their relationship with God. Bible Bucks are also given out each week to the students.
Once a month they can purchase items in the Bible Bucks store. The children
have really enjoyed saving up their Bible Bucks and picking out a special treat
at the store each month. Notice: All of our
teachers have gone through Safe Sanctuary training. If you are interested in
assisting in a classroom or being a substitute teacher please contact Kim Classes are available as follows: Pre K Traditional Adult Sunday School Class All New Prayer CafeAll New *** Prayer Café*** Now for something completely different.
