Special Events

During the year, St. Timothy holds a number of different special events, including an Easter egg hunt, Oktoberfest and a German Advent Service as well as several fundraisers for various charities and missions.

Oktoberfest 2011

Oktoberfest 2011 was held on October 2, 2011. Our "non-traditional traditional" Polka Mass took place at St. Timothy at 10:30 am, followed by Oktoberfest at noon in Rockland Park in Hendersonville. WELCA sponsored a Cake Walk at the Oktoberfest. For more information, download the flyer.

We also held a silent auction again this year at the Oktoberfest.

The 5th Annual German Advent Service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 4:00 pm. We need volunteers to help with reading, music and preparing the fellowship hall for our reception following the service. Please contact Carol Webster if you can assist.
