St. Timothy Centering Prayer Group

St. Timothy Lutheran Church Centering Prayer GroupCentering or contemplative prayer is an ancient Christian practice involving silent meditation that is conducted to open one's heart and mind to receive the presence of God. Every Sunday at 7pm, the St. Timothy centering prayer group will meet in the main sanctuary, and all are welcome. Each hour-long session is a combination of prayer, scripture (lectio divina), and seated, silent meditation.  For more information, please contact the St. Timothy office at 824-6244 or e-mail Monica Weber

Our first group was held Sunday, August 7, 2011.
